Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to Adhocsy Technologies Private Limited (“Adhocsy”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Adhocsy website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Platform

Adhocsy operates a digital workforce marketplace that connects companies, contractors, and workers; facilitates shift-based and full-time hiring; and provides technology infrastructure and payment facilitation.

Adhocsy is not an employer of workers (unless explicitly stated), a labour contractor, or a recruitment agency guaranteeing placement. The Platform acts as an intermediary and technology service provider.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, individuals must be at least 18 years old, and companies must be legally registered entities. Users must provide accurate and complete information. Adhocsy reserves the right to suspend accounts providing false or misleading information.

4. Account Registration & Security

Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

Certain features require a prepaid subscription. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Contact unlock credits and feature access are governed by specific subscription plans. Adhocsy reserves the right to modify pricing with notice.

6. Contact Unlock & Anti-Circumvention

Worker contact details are hidden by default and require subscription activation. Users agree not to bypass the Platform after introduction or engage in off-platform hiring to avoid fees. Violation may result in account suspension and legal remedies.

7. User Content

By submitting content, you grant Adhocsy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce such material for operating the Platform. You warrant that you own the rights to the content you submit.

8. Platform Conduct Rules

Users must not provide false job listings, misrepresent terms, harass workers, or use automated bots/scraping tools. Violation may result in immediate termination.

9. No Employment Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee or agency relationship between Adhocsy and any user. Any relationship formed is strictly between the Company/Contractor and the Worker.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Adhocsy does not guarantee hiring success, worker performance, or continuous platform availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

Adhocsy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or labour disputes between users. Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Adhocsy from claims arising from your misuse of the Platform, breach of Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

13. Data Protection

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data processing as described therein.

14. Suspension & Termination

Adhocsy may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
